The spacious penthouse totally impressed with its stylish decor. The room felt fresh and clean, making it a nice getaway. The nearby beach was a short stroll away, perfect for morning walks. However, the check-in process took much longer than expected, which was frustrating. I had to wait over an hour for the access codes and room number, and the communication before arrival was delayed. The hot tub looked more like a neglected pool, lacking proper maintenance. To top it off, I faced some parking issues as well. All in all, the place has potential but definitely needs improvements in service and amenities.

The muesli at the on-site restaurant was a culinary gem, and don’t miss out on exploring the delicious nearby spots like Havana 1957 for some legit Cuban flavor. The spacious penthouse made our stay comfy and added to the fun vibes!

The hot tub was more like a 'Roman hot tub' than a jacuzzi, which was a letdown, especially since I really booked the room for it. On top of that, the water pressure in the shower was practically non-existent!

staying at sbv luxury ocean hotel suites was delightful! the on-site restaurant was a huge plus and it was super close to everything we needed for our weekend—including a short walk to the beach. the staff was friendly and helpful. we loved the private rooftop hot tub too, which added a nice touch to our stay.
